CONTENT GUIDELINES

World of Wonder (the “Program”) allows players (“you”, “your”, “yours”) to use content that PUBG (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides to create and design your own in-game maps and customizable gameplay within PUBG Mobile (“PUBGM”).

With great power comes great responsibility. We need you to do your part to keep World of Wonder and PUBGM a fun and welcoming experience for all players.

For that reason, your use of the Program must at all times comply with these World of Wonder Content Guidelines (“Content Guidelines”). Please read these Content Guidelines in full so you understand what you should and should not do when using World of Wonder.

1. Compliance with Other Terms and Conditions

Any capitalized term that we use here which we do not define here has the meaning provided in the World of Wonder Terms and Conditions. By using the Program, you are bound by the World of Wonder Terms and Conditions and the End User License Agreement (“EULA”), so please read those agreements carefully.

2. Our Values.

When you upload, publish, submit, or transmit any User Content, create a username or account name on World of Wonder, or create a Custom Map, you agree to act in accordance with the following Guidelines:

a. Respect intellectual property rights. We want you to only upload User Content that belongs to you, so don’t upload or submit any User Content which infringes anyone else’s patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, contractual rights, moral rights or other intellectual property rights.

b. Respect the privacy of others. Don’t upload or submit any User Content which violates anyone else’s rights of publicity or privacy. That means don’t phish, dox, share or exploit the personal information of any other user.

c. Don’t break the law. This should be obvious, but don’t upload any User Content which violates, or encourages any conduct that would violate, any applicable law or regulation or would give rise to civil liability. For that reason, your User Content or Custom Map may not promote illegal or harmful activities or substances.

d. Be honest. We want your Custom Map to be about you—so don’t upload any User Content that is fraudulent, false, misleading, or deceptive, and don’t impersonate anyone else.

e. Follow the Golden Rule. Treat others like you’d want to be treated—so don’t upload or submit any User Content that contains hate speech or hate symbols, is harmful, racially or ethnically objectionable, disparaging, blasphemous, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, pedophilic, vulgar or offensive; harms minors in any way; or which promotes discrimination, bigotry, racism, hatred, harassment or harm against any individual or group.

f. Keep the fighting on the battlefield. Don’t upload any User Content that is violent, bullying, or threatening, or promotes violence, animal cruelty, money laundering or gambling, terrorism, or actions that are threatening or disrespectful to any person or entity.

g. Don’t cheat. Don’t upload any User Content or Custom Maps which promote the use of cheats, hacks, glitches, bugs, or other opportunistic use of the PUBG Mobile game experience.

h. Don’t be the weakest link. Don’t upload any links to off-platform websites in your User Content or Custom Map.
